Details and Terms
The vacation is maximum for four people. The prize is valid between 1.10.2024 – 30.4.2025 (20.12.2024 – 6.1.2025 excluded) . Travel dates are agreed together with the winner and every part of this prize is depending on availability. Flight or any other tickets to Rovaniemi from Winner origin are NOT included.

Please notice:
- Anyone entering this competition must be over 18 years old
- Only one entry per person is allowed
- The winner will be informed by e-mail. If the winner is not able to receive the prize in 7 days after being noticed, the prize is considered as rejected and Kotatieva Oy can select another winner.
- The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to someone else and no cash alternative or any other compensation is offered
- After the dates are selected together with the winner, the dates are fixed and can’t be changed.
- Value of this prize is maximum €2198 (list prices)
If one or more parts of this prize is not available or they are already reserved by someone else at the dates that are agreed, Kotatieva Oy is not responsible to arrange any other activity or service, or compensate the lack of service or activity in any other way.
Kotatieva reserves the right to cancel the competition if it becomes necessary to do so.
Kotatieva Oy will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner as a result that the winner cannot accept or use the prize as agreed. This includes any flight or train tickets, car rentals, service fee or any other cost that winner may or may not have done to accept this prize.
Kotatieva Oy will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize.
Kotatieva Oy will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and for this competition only.
Kotatieva Oy reserves the right refuse the prize from anyone breaking these terms and conditions and general terms and conditions.
This competition will be governed by Finnish law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
Kotatieva Oy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
